My dogs love Dogtopia! When we enter the parking lot they are so happy and excited. They cheerfully go and when they leave, they insist on giving all employees a hug and kiss. Rabbit and Squirrell say it’s a great place.

Staff is friendly and well informed. They all treat our dog with affection and respect.

Everyone is very professional, oblivious has great knowledge on how to treat animals.
The staff is always friendly and excited to see my 3 pups. I like that I can check on them throughout the day on the webcams and see how much fun they’re having playing with other dogs.
My dog seems to enjoy himself at DNA. The prices for services are comparable to other doggie daycare facilities. DNA has a lot of activities for the pups.
I would like to see a better integration between the website/app and front desk personnel. Oftentimes information entered in the app does not make its way to personnel at DNA. If I cannot rely on the app to communicate with DNA staff, why have one? Just tell customers they need to communicate directly with front desk personal via email, phone or in person.
