I appreciate how excellent all the staff are at Dogtopia, Minkah feels right at home; she loves attending every day! The staff’s friendliness and patience mean the world to me! I have never left Minkah anywhere because I have to trust someone to feel comfortable enough to leave her. The first couple of days were tough because I’ve never left her with anyone else. But the love and attention Dogtopia gives her makes it very comfortable for me to go to work because I know she’s safe and being cared for. I will never take my baby anywhere else. Dogtopia is Minkah’s home away from home, and I truly feel like we are a part of the Dogtopia family!!!

The Front Desk and Rovers are awesome!

Front entrance smells like pee. Needs to be cleaned more often. If the entrance smells, I can’t imagine how the dog play areas smell.

The employees are very personable! I trust that they care about my dog and what is best for her.

Dogtopians always greet my pups with enthusiasm, remembering their names and being happy to see them. I feel like my dogs are always in good hands when I drop them off.

You are very reliable! When I pick my dog up she always seems happy and healthy.

For me the communication can be better. When I schedule my dogs, I never really know if everything is complete, until I get there and that can be a little unsettling. When I arrive this time it did not seem like they were anticipating their arrival. My dog does do seem to be happy when they are picked up. I love that they are so tired, so I feel like they are playing and having a good time.

Easy to schedule and get in even with a few days notice. My dog, Sally, loves playing with the many other doodles.

Your facility is clean, the dogs are never left unattended, the staff is friendly, and pricing is reasonable. I especially love the Webcam and being able to look in on my pup while he is in daycare.

Friendly staff who are true dog lovers. The staff is patient and loving to my dog. I feel confident dropping him off at Dogtopia that he will be well cared after, safe, and have fun as well!
