The care and sweet demeanor of the staff makes it so comforting when dropping off Roe! She’s always so excited when she’s greeted good morning, I know she’s in good hands every day that I drop her off. Her dogtopia family is both our favorites and I recommend the north Austin location to anybody I can!

The Canine Coaches are the best of any location!

These people take great care of my dog, Angus. During Christmas vacation one of my dogs had a health issue unrelated to their boarding visit and communication was excellent. Calls, emails with pics and video and I was able to get him treated immediately upon returning. I would not have recognized this issue right away so I appreciated the observation.

I LOVE Dogtopia and this location! I’ve been bringing Rosie for about 8 weeks. As time has gone by I have felt more comfortable bringing her as I wanted to make sure she would be happy. I am.very confident she is safe, happy and well looked after. EVERY staff member is friendly and professional. I’ve noticed that some pet parents are more engaging than others and I’m a talker. However each person who comes in is treated with respect and I can tell that their dogs are happy too. Finally, the kindness that has been shown to me is above and beyond. Rosie lost her big brother not long after we started and the staff wrote a lovely sympathy card. Then last week I had a big exam and shared that with the staff as I was bringing Rosie a bit more than usual. When I dropped her off on the day of the exam I was told good luck and then when I picked her up I was given a bouquet of flowers in congratulations. These little surprise and delights are the icing on the cake! At the core of it all the most important thing is Rosie’s comfort and safety BUT these lovely gestures are the things that make my day when everything else is swirling around me. Thank you for taking care of both Rosie and her mama!

We love Dogtopia! The staff is wonderful and treats our fur baby like a princess! The webcam is so fun to watch as we peek in on our girl!! 5 stars for Dogtopia!!

They take very good care of my dog. For her it’s a home away from home. So when we do need to kennel her she is great and doesn’t get nervous. She is always so excited to go and happy to come home.
