The friendly staff!

I like that I can check in on my dog throughout the day via the webcams. I like that my reservation requests are promptly responded to. I feel like the care given to my dog is very personal. I like that when my dog is brought out to the car, they provide me a quick update on his day. The people that work there always remember me and my dog.

Friendly, responsive staff who always treat my pups like family!

Our little Sophie loves Dogtopia so much, I love when we pull up to drop her off and she gets so excited to go inside to play with her friends. 😍

Convenience of scheduling, drop off and pickup. Our dog is exhausted afterwards.

Mishka, our BRT, loves Dogtopia of Canton as do we!!! He could not get better care there and he loves all the dogs and really the staff!!!

Everyone at Dogtopia are wonderful to our 4 legged furry child Andre’. Andre’ means the world to us. So when they treat our Andre’ as fabulously as they do, and Andre’s excitement being dropped off and while seeing the staff. We know he is getting the best care.

Extremely friendly staff, very aware of what’s going on with my dog on a daily basis. They seem to work with her to make sure she gets the most out of her time and, as she is an pittbull who was not perfectly socialized from a young age, she has some reactivity that the staff has never had any issues with, making it such that she can be around and play with other dogs safely.

The staff is amazing! We can tell they really love the pups who come in. We have older dogs who need specific medicines and playing conditions. The staff is always ready to listen and accommodate our pups to make sure they have a great time. 10/10 would highly recommend!
