I really love Dogtopia! However, I definitely meet an eye out on other doggy daycare places in the area. They average between 45-48 dollars per (1) weekly visit and offer a bit more…personality and individual attention to the dogs.

For example, Bark House (~10 minute drive away from Dogtopia-Canton) has an exterior grass play area (outside time!!), sends daily report cards with pictures (!!), and has working cameras in all playrooms!! And! They charge $45 for (1) weekly doggy daycare date.

Dogtopia in Canton doesn’t offer any of that. There isn’t an exterior outside area, there aren’t cute report cards or pictures sent, and the cameras haven’t worked in over a month.

Dogtopia is more expensive and doesn’t offer as much as other local places. For the price, I wish Dogtopia-Canton would offer flexibility between locations or drop-in rates WITHOUT a weekly commitment. (And I wish they’d fix their cameras!! Please!).

Honestly, I love the staff — but knowing there are better places out there, it’s really hard to stay! We’re only staying because my dog gets carsick and can’t handle the -5-10 minute drive to Bark House!

…but isn’t that a sad reason to stay? Shouldn’t I stay because Dogtopia offers something special?

Wonderful caring staff! App availability and functionality. Love the quick ability to notify via hot link for departures and arrivals. Just pull up and wait. No parking! That’s the least to mention about the ‘wonderfullness’ of Dogtapia. More importantly, I cannot contian my pet, Polo, from the level of happiness he displays miles out. He knows exactly where da mama is taking him. I know for a fact that he’s getting plenty of exercise when I pick him up after a day at day care. It takes him about 5 minutes to fall asleep and start snoring, ha. It means the world to me that my pet is well cared for and loved!

My dog loves his time at Dogtopia! He is so excited to get there when I drop him off. The staff is extremely friendly and kind! He comes home a tired and happy pup each time!

The people I have met that work there seem very committed to caring for your pet. They give feedback on any issues that may have arisen during the pet visit and share details that make you feel like they really are tuned into your pet’s needs.

They treat our Dog Becket like family. Thank you.

Customer service is great for me that’s important!!!

Over the past five years, we have been sending our furry little boy Andre’ to Canton Dogtopia. The entire crew at Canton Dogtopia has loved and taken our little guy as if their own. During his weekly play days, and whenever we travel out of state. Andre’ gets so excited when we say it’s time to go to Disney Land 🙂 If we don’t take him his scheduled play and spa day every week. He’s always sulking and asking in his special way, are going now or what. 🙂 The three of us will miss you all so much!

What I like about the services is the curbside drop off/pickup, the web cameras and the daily report of Shaq’s day. The staff is friendly and welcoming at all times.
