Pleasant staff, operating hours
Very accommodating to their client’s needs. I usually take my dog once a week, but I had a last minute change in schedule for a week long jury trial and they were able to take my dog every day for me. I don’t know what I would have done without them. They seem to genuinely love the dogs they take care of and are very sweet to them.
The daycare aspect is great, especially the flexibility of accepting day of daycare
The staff at Dogtopia Canton have been wonderful with our little one André. It’s so cute to see our 48lbs furry child get excited when we ask him, wanna go to Disneyland? Katlyn and Hanna are always happy to see him, as he them for the past 4yrs. Thank you always team Canton!
The cameras in the romper room and the gym seem to freeze a lot. The camera in the Toy room works great though. The freezing happens on cellular, wifi, and even on my hard wired internet work PC so I don’t think it’s my connection. I also wish we knew which room our dog was in. I think someone mentioned another daycare gives neon collars so you can find your dog. Maybe i should get a neon collar for our dog. Otherwise our dog seems to love daycare!
The staff is friendly and very efficient. It is always easy to drop off and pick up my dog from daycare.

I was in a bind because my dog had just had surgery and I had to travel on business the following week. You took good care of my dog during that time.
