Customer service is great for me that’s important!!!
Over the past five years, we have been sending our furry little boy Andre’ to Canton Dogtopia. The entire crew at Canton Dogtopia has loved and taken our little guy as if their own. During his weekly play days, and whenever we travel out of state. Andre’ gets so excited when we say it’s time to go to Disney Land 🙂 If we don’t take him his scheduled play and spa day every week. He’s always sulking and asking in his special way, are going now or what. 🙂 The three of us will miss you all so much!

What I like about the services is the curbside drop off/pickup, the web cameras and the daily report of Shaq’s day. The staff is friendly and welcoming at all times.
We love Dogtopia as much as our Dog, Mishka does!!!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They all treat Lola so well and I love that I can peak on her during the day via the cameras.
you billing policy is excessive. i shouldnt have to pay weekly if i only use you every few weeks
The webcams need to be better. Most of the time they aren’t working and when the are the video quality is pretty bad.
The curbside service and the ease of scheduling. Also, being able to have my dog groomed at one location is beneficial.
