My dog Josie loves the staff at Dogtopia Canton. She can take a bit to come out of her shell and they always greet her so warmly and have helped her feel more comfortable when there. She loves going and giving kisses to the girls doing curbside! Thanks for taking such good care of her

We love Dogtopia of Canton, Baltimore!! Our Black Russian Terrier, Mishka, could not be happier going at least once a week! He whines as we pull up for drop off! The staff take such great care of him!
My dog Cocoa really looks forward to coming here every week. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I like that I’m able to see her having fun in real time on their app and website.

The people!
Starting off with the meet and greet, the staff were friendly and went over all services and main procedures. At the end of the meet and greet, a very through report was given on how our dog did with interactions and following instructions. This attention to detail and care was proof that the staff take their duties seriously and our dog was well looked after. Being in an urban area, having the ability to drop off and pick up without getting out of the car makes the process quick and easy. The Canton location is well suited for this process. Overall the app is easy to navigate and the cameras are a nice feature. The indoor space keeps the dogs safe and allows new dogs to get accustomed to the space easily. When asking questions to the staff, they’re able to respond quickly. As of this writing, we have only tried Daycare and no other services.
