Very friendly…and accommodating

I really like the service, my puppy has a great time there and comes home exhausted from playing. The staff is very friendly, caring, and nice. The only small issue I have is no one is at dogtopia at night for the dogs boarding. Other than that I love Dogtopia Towson a lot.

Very friendly staff …. bright and clean there…. great hours….. love watching the webcams…. and best of all is that my pup really loves it and comes home happy and worn out from a super fun day of playing!!

everything! i love the fact that even when we haven’t been in awhile they still remember him. the staff is always welcoming and understanding. not to mention forgiving because he always “piddles” from excitement usually on someone’s feet. Most of all I love watching him go from anxious and nervous in the car ride to excitement when he spots the wawa lol he knows whats behind that building. the tail goes crazy and the drooling starts . . .

The turnover with staff is sometimes really tough. It doesn’t always feel great to drop your dog off with someone who doesn’t even know their name. It would also be helpful to update families on changes in staff. It’s really difficult to learn names.
