Kind people who treat my dog like their own!!
Friendly staff and very accommodating to client needs.
The front desk staff are wonderful and friendly to us helicoptor parents. They know what are dogs like and keep us apprised of the progress. I would like to see more report cards or adding digital ones in the app but i know it is hard with all of the dogs that are in the shop daily. You are a life saver for my husband and I.
I was extremely happy will my experience at Dogtopia. I called once a day to get updates and felt welcomed and comfortable with my pup’s experience.

I do like the webcams to check in on my dog when they are working. I did run to an issue on Wednesday where the webcams were unavailable but I was told that my dog was good but he did get a little bit of a scratch to do rough housing and that’s okay. I just want to know who my dog’s best friend is.
