I do like the webcams to check in on my dog when they are working. I did run to an issue on Wednesday where the webcams were unavailable but I was told that my dog was good but he did get a little bit of a scratch to do rough housing and that’s okay. I just want to know who my dog’s best friend is.

The employees obviously care about our dogs. They are friendly and have great customer service.

Easy drop off. Staff knows my dog. My dog seems happy to go in and to go with the staff.

Most of the staff are fantastic! Great front office staff. The know who has which pup and which room the pup is in without you even saying a thing. And they treat the pups with love.

Ease of drop off and my dog is happy going to play.

You don’t discriminate about the dog’s age and my dog is 14 years old. He did had a lot of Fur on him and a little madded, he just wasn’t having a good time when he came there. But when he came out, he was full of sunshine and energy, I don’t know what y’all did, but the visit was good for him, he’s so full of energy. Thank you.

The staff is always kind, courteous, and they seem genuinely happy to look after all the pups.

From the moment our Macee had her Meet and Greet, I knew she was in good hands. It was also the moment the staff called to check on her because they knew she had been sick and missed in her daycare and just wanted to send well wishes to us!! Or could it be how the genuine the staff are! I cannot say enough about Towson Dogtopia. I am so glad I decided to get that Wawa sandwich that night, because had I not, I never would’ve discovered one Macee’s favorite place and some of the most caring and professional people I’ve met!
