I got a new job in Birmingham and I was very worried about who would take care of my dog while I was at work. The employees and Dogtopia were so nice and where very patient with my many questions during the meet and greet. The first week of my job the employees made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog in their care. They gave me updates every day on how he was getting more comfortable in the daycare environment and even had a chicken and rice lunch I could buy when I forgot his food at home. I am very thankful for Dogtopia taking such good care of my dog and knowing he is in good hands allows me to focus on my work.
Staff friendly. Like the webcams. Looks clean.
The fact that new dogs are given an opportunity to interact with others to assess comfort levels.. Also, the lobby viewing screens are a nice touch to your operation.

I liked the way our “Sammy’s” first visit went so smoothly. The way the staff knew it was his first visit, and handled him with the sweetest care. Which helped Sammy and my husband and I feel really comfortable. The scheduling there is on the mark, and the pricing, really reasonable. Our first experience was so good, we’re definitely planning to use Dogtopia of Birmingham more often now.
Every employee at Dogtopia is so sweet. You can tell that they actually care about their dogs.
I have tried out other daycares in the area, and have not felt the same.
I love that the dogs get open play, but still time for a 2 hour nap.
Having access to webcams gives peace of mind (even though I don’t need it).
I’m never worried about getting a daycare / boarding appointment.
Overall, couldn’t recommend Dogtopia enough.
