We are SO happy to have chosen Dogtopia Birmingham as our doggy daycare! They take such good care of our pup and we know she is always having fun and in a safe environment.

Friendly. Great customer service when dropping off and picking up. Dogs were very tired when returned to us.

My dog came home happy and exhausted. The employees were kind. They took the time to show me how to use the app so I could watch my dog in the romper room and they explained the procedures and what my dog would be doing when we leave him for daycare and boarding. Love the little end-of-day report card too.

Lexi gets excited when she sees where we are going. My only concern I have as we approach winter weather is, how cold you keep the temperature overnight. The last time I left her overnight this past cold season, she was shivering so bad, I had a hard time warming her up. She has a short coat and Dobermans are not outside dogs in the winter or can take sleeping with temperature kept at a low degree. I have her outside to go to the bathroom and she never shivers like this. I am concerned about where I will take her this winter when she needs overnight accommodations unless I get assurance she will not be subjected to such cold conditions. Otherwise I am happy with your services .

My dog loves spending time here and I feel confident in their ability to manage my dog who is definitely on the high-energy end of things! We love dogtopia!
