Very accommodating.
We love Dogtopia! Our dog Stella was a covid puppy so getting to socialize her in an environment we trust is just the best! She always has fun and the staff is so patient and do a great job. I am always greeted with a smile and they are great communicating at how she did. I wouldn’t want my dog to stay anywhere else.
Employees are very kind, personable and share a love for animals. My dog had such an amazing and fun filled first day at Dogtopia Birmingham!He can’t wait to go back!
Everyone is always friendly and treats Autumn very well. Autumn is shy and they are really patient with her.
The staff is so welcoming and loves all over our dog, including keeping her at the front desk with them part of the day as she loves the people more than the pups! Thank you for taking such good care of Lucy when she is with you.
