Thank you Dogtopia for the amazing service Prince and Lincoln receives during their stay. Each time I pull into the parking lot my pups cannot wait to get out of the car and go inside for a day of fun with their new furry friends and the Dogtopia Team!

I saw cameras on the 4 rooms for the pups. It might be nice to have a place where they can lounge, lay down on something cushioned. You should go check out Barkshire in Troy. They have a room right as u walk in with couches for the dogs to hang out on furniture and soft surfaces. That would be a nice addition. Just a suggestion. Your staff is friendly but my sense is the owner should spend time there and get to know the customers to create a better relationship with customers to increase loyalty and create a sense of really caring. Again, just a suggestion
