I love that my dog is happy to go and is always treated so well. I love watching him play with other dogs and the facility is very clean
The webcams are rarely functioning. Over the past long weekend when I had my dog there, I checked multiple times and never saw that they were online.
I would suggest a daily update for dogs that are boarded – I would love to see a daily report and picture of my dog while they are in the care of the Dogtopia staff.
Great solution for my dog to socialize once or twice a week- the staff are sweet animal lovers

The fall is always so busy for me and I haven’t had a chance to thoroughly thank everyone at Dogtopia for all the extras you’ve been doing, so I’ll take the time right now to do it. I truly, truly, truly appreciate the yearbooks, photo shoots, and fall crafts you’ve done. They seriously brighten my day every time the boys get to be part of something like that. I absolutely love being a dog mom and these extras make me realize again and again how lucky I am to have my canine family. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to express how much I love these things, but just know that they make me happier than you ever imagine. Of course, I’m able to thank you for those because I take for granted all of the more important jobs you do of keeping our pups safe and happy every moment they’re with you. I think I would start crying if I tried to tell you in person how grateful I am for everything you do so I hope all the staff gets to read this and know that I’m in your debt forever! Thank you!!!!
Trixie loves it there. They know her and know how to handle her. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and caring. Building is clean and well maintained.

Location
Everyone there is super friendly. However I do wish that they had pickup for boarding on Sundays it would be convenient for weekend trips, even if they didn’t offer daycare that day at least could pick up on Sunday.
Wish there were some cameras in the suites as well just so can check in on the pup when we are gone for long periods.
