Our brand-new facility is 5,000 square feet and features three huge indoor playrooms, as well as an outdoor play area. Our doggie guests are separated into our various supervised playrooms based on their size, temperament, and play style to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Your dog will enjoy complete freedom in our off-leash, open-play environment under the close supervision of our highly trained Canine Coaches. All the dogs your four-legged family member will interact with are fully vaccinated and have passed Dogtopia’s evaluation.

We also offer overnight boarding for those times when you will be away and want to treat your pup to a fun playcation! You can also add one of our doggie spa treatments to your pup’s daycare or boarding stay so that you’ll be picking up a fresh and clean-smelling dog.

Dogtopia of Carriage Crossing has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy Pets^TM facility. The Heroes for Healthy Pets^TM Certification Program in Infectious Disease Management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, and cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy.

Our dog daycare center near the border of Germantown and Collierville has three huge indoor playrooms (the Park, the City, and the Beach), as well as a spacious outdoor area that features pools, and outdoor play equipment.

We designed our facility with your dog’s comfort and safety in mind. Our sizable indoor playrooms use climate-controlled and UV-protected HVAC systems to maintain the perfect temperature during playtime and naptime. These systems sterilize any bad bacteria in the atmosphere and constantly circulate fresh air. Our floor-to-ceiling walls reduce noise and stress when your dog is busy having fun with their BFFF (best furry friends forever).

We have rubberized flooring in all our playrooms to keep your dog’s paws warm and to aid in their long-term joint and paw health. The outdoor play areas use hypoallergenic turf for mud-free and sneeze-free outside playtime.

Our customers often compliment us on how clean our store is; we go the extra mile to make sure our facility stays in tip-top shape all day long! We deep-clean and sanitize our playrooms multiple times a day with a biologically safe, pet-friendly cleaner.

For additional peace of mind regarding your dog’s safety and to help you stay connected with them throughout the day, we have webcams in every playroom.

Find us in the Carriage Crossing Marketplace, just off Interstate 385/Bill Morris, Houston Levee exit, on the South East corner of Houston Levee and Shelby Dr.  We’re just a mile south of the FedEx World Technology Center. Carriage Crossing Marketplace is strategically positioned across from The Shops at Carriage Crossing lifestyle center development. Dog lovers will find convenient access to Hollywood Feed and Three Dog Bakery just up the road! We’re just 2.5 miles west of Collierville High School on Shelby Drive. Our friendly neighbors include Urban Air, PetCo and Old Navy. We offer plenty of parking for our customers.

To book our services for daycare, boarding or spa, please contact us to arrange a time and date. We can schedule a meet & greet with our team to evaluate if your dog is ready for our open-play daycare and boarding services. This will also include vaccine confirmation, a review of your dog’s history and health, and a nose-to-tail assessment to identify any sensitive areas for your dog.

We welcome all breeds at our facilities; all happy and social dogs that pass our Meet & Greet are welcome! Puppies must be at least 12 weeks and up-to-date on required vaccinations. All dogs 7 months and older must be spayed or neutered.

If you are planning to leave your dog with us overnight or for extended boarding, we recommend that you bring them in for at least three days of daycare prior to their stay. This will allow your pup to become familiar with our facility, team, and the other dogs. This will also give your dog assurance that Dogtopia a temporary place to stay for them.
