Everything! Where can I begin? My baby was in horrible condition… She was extremely matted all over her little body: I know I know SMH 🤦🏽.
I tried taking her to the groomer (don’t want to name them specifically) next door to Dogtopia but they couldn’t or wouldn’t do it due to her being extremely matted. I left there holding my baby with my head down but when I was leaving, I thought to check with Dogtopia and that was the best thing I have ever done! The young lady came out the door with a huge smile on her face and answered every single question I had and she looked at my baby and said “Sure thing, we can groom her “. The rest is history because they now have a forever customer. Thanks to the excellent customer support team! Have an awesome day!
