Dogtopia is more than I knew in the beginning. This place has more services and are really easy to talk to about my dog and her needs or the way I need her hair clipped. They want whatever the service is to be right and I appreciate that.
They are also very easy to get scheduled with—-either on the phone or on the app.
Plus, I love the way they come out to your car and get the dog out! They know the dogs names and are so easy with them.
My Afghan hound loves coming to get her grooming!
My dog Rusty loves to go to Dogtopia. He loves playing with all the other dogs. The staff makes him comfortable and feel welcome. I like that they will come to the car at the curb and get Rusty from me. I love that I can watch Rusty on the webcams.
I like how the staff seems generally happy to see my dog. It’s easy to book through the app, and if I need same day I can text.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. My dog is so excited to go there and they take good care of her! Clean and safe environment. I enjoy the fact that that they evaluate all the dogs to insure they are able to interact with others…big, medium or small dogs, it all works out!
