I love that they play all day and I can see them playing with their friends on the camera

Make sure there is always a proper coach to dog ratio.
Consider changing the mopping water more frequently.
Alert dog parents if their pup has been exposed to any illness while there.

Attentive staff, playroom cameras, and pupper comes home tired.

I am seeing more turnover in employees so the relationships with us and the employees and the relationships with our dogs are not as solid as they used to be. That is a big concern.

The groomer did a wonderful job with Tiny. She looked like a new dog after her first grooming . Thanks again we will be coming back!

Everyone is so kind and caring. My dog loves going to daycare/boarding and never wants to leave! I feel so comfortable when he is there because I know he is safe and happy there.
