The staff are friendly and I love the option to view my dogs through the webcam while I’m away.

The staff is very thorough by taking pics when my pup vomited. April, the new Manager, wanted to have record of it in case it was recurring. I was very impressed.it shows you how much they care. Thankfully it was a one time incident.

Our dogs are excited to go to Dogtopia, straining at the leash as soon as they get out of the car. Once they get inside, everyone is happy to see them. My dogs happily go with the person to take them into their play area.

My dog always looks beautiful after he is bathed at Dogtopia and he is ready in a much shorter amount of time than at other dog salons I have taken him to.

Best thing about this place is that they have best staffs.

We get our pup groomer regularly with Rachel and we are always happy with it! She does a wonderful job and is so nice to him.

Friendly, courteous, well organized and excellent management.

Urine smell is overwhelming. I know theyre dogs and go wherever, but Ive seen other daycare that are able to mitigate some of it with dedicated bathroom areas/times.
