I like the staff so much and have recommended you all a lot. I will continue to do so too. Tugboat loves this place and the staff more than me, as is apparent every day I come to pick him up and he does all he can not to leave… =)
Love your weekday hours, how caring your staff is with the dogs, being able to watch my Ollo on the camera, the ease of setting up Daycare & boarding online, but my favorite is how genuine everyone at Crestview Dogtopia.
We love everything!
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to make accommodations to make sure my 14 year old, mostly blind small dog is comfortable, which made me feel so much better bringing him to daycare. If there are any small issues that come up during the day, I get a text. Thats reassurance for me that my babies are being taken care of and watched. I also love the fun activities and photos!

Friendly and great staff but frustrating it’s so crowded that appointments have to be set multiple days in advanced.
Your staff is very friendly and really good to my dog. I know that when I drop my dog off, he’s in great hands. I love how easy it is to schedule daycare and boarding online. I also appreciate the convenience of having on-site spa services.
