Passionate for dogs visiting! Having being met when drop off & when return to pick up Bucky. Gives me a safe feeling with location in a bust shopping center. Frequent text messages I can clearly see Bucky is happy! He is a good Cavalier yes but via webcam its more obvious he is happy. He is very special to me & the comfort knowing he is safe & happy with location crew is priceless!!!

Everyone who works there is so nice!!!!

The communication via text throughout the day is nice! Quick responses. I love the webcam to check in on my dog. Love the little treats that you offer on some days! Also, when I drop my dog and pick him up, the staff genuinely seems to love hanging out with the dogs. He always comes back happy and tired which is nice for me too!

The employees have taken the time to get to know our pups and care about them.

Firstly, every staff member has been so kind and friendly! But the thing I like most about Dogtopia Crestview is how excited Beckham gets as soon as he realizes where he is. He cannot wait to get inside to play with friends; his excitement is a testimony to the playful and safe environment Dogtopia Crestview fosters and I appreciate that so much!

My dog, Juniper, LOVES going to Dogtopia Crestview. She is so excited and happy to see her human friends and her canine friends. You can’t fool a dog and dogs don’t lie, she loves it there!!

The staff are so responsive and nice to talk to. They really care about all the pups and go above and beyond to make sure everyone and every dog is happy.
