Friendly people and ease of boarding
The owners and employees really care about dogs and it shows in how they interact with my dog specifically, but also how I’ve seen them interact with other dogs as well. They genuinely get to know them and their personalities and I go to this location even though I have a closer Dogtopia because of that relationship.
Spa is convenient and the extra optional activities throughout the week are fun. I wish all activities were available to any dog (for a fee) regardless of their enrollment status
The smell of the express bath you use on the dogs is a bit too strong.
I really like the front office staff. They’re always pleasant to interact with and seem to really be dog people. Everyone I’ve talked to is a dog owner themselves and has that special love of all dogs. Also, I like that Dogtopia seems to truly care about the health and wellness of our dogs. On more than one occasion they’ve called out things that they have noticed about our dogs’ health that in some cases we hadn’t noticed ourselves.
They always do a great job and send me updates when needed. Friends staff and my dog is elated when we get to go.
Had a last second thing come up and I needed to bard my 2 dogs for a few days. And it happened without issue

Ease of booking, quick answers to questions via phone or text, video access during playtime, friendly staff, great hours (would love an earlier start time on Sundays), great prices, onsite grooming
