Very accommodating in terms of appointment scheduling. It’s not a problem to adjust appointments when necessary. Also, every employee, as well as the franchise owner, know all their dogs by name and “personality”. Very impressed by that. It’s always comforting to hear that your dog had a great day!

Good communication. It’s often hard for me to communicate during my workday, and unlike some other places that prefer phone calls, Dogtopia is willing to communicate via txt and email.
Owner is the number one thing that keeps me there. Her heart and passion are evident. She also does a great job of recruiting caring, friendly staff. Everyone is great, shows enthusiasm for greeting all the dogs and patient with owners and dogs alike. 🙂
