Ozzie loves to come there. He is also so happy to see us when we arrive. Since he is a COVID puppy and we are back to working full time- it is so wonderful to have a place we can bring him to get some exercise and enjoy his day knowing he is always happy. Everyone who works there is wonderful to deal with and the clearly all love dogs!

Friendly staff, clean environment, and even though my fur baby is extremely nervous; she loves going to Dogtopia of Deer Park❤️.

Every employee I’ve encountered knows my dog’s name and genuinely cares about my dog. I feel confident in her safety and fun while she is there. I love the app and the web cam (it keeps my retired parents entertained too to log in and watch her :). I love the little theme days throughout the month and the ability to add other services like baths and nails and even an option to board. A true “one-stop-shop.” The only reason I did not rate this a full 10 was because I wish there were other payment alternatives besides a subscription model that could accommodate the different livelihoods and needs of dog owners. Thanks!

My dog is always super excited to be there and super exhausted when she comes home!
Everyone that works there are warm and welcoming and know my dog so well.

I like being able to watch my pooch on my phone and IPad. The people are very friendly and tell me when how much fun he’s had during the day.

Well staffed, clean facility, my dog is always excited to come. I like that you can see what is happening on the room. The staff seems engaged with the dogs at all times. I like that there are special activities going on for the dogs. I like the extra training given to the caregivers. I feel like my dog is known by those who care for him
