Good communication. Like being able to see our dog on the camera.
possibly an audio feature to the live streaming. also a rough itinerary of the days when a dog is boarded, i.e. when & where they go potty or are let out in the outside play area etc.
Your team, what an incredible group of loving individuals that truly care for the well being and safety of my pets, my beloved pets!!! Recently boarded my dog who was horrible at other facilities, came back scared, dehydrated, etc, but not with Dogtopia! He gallops in happy and comes home ready for a nap, but as happy as a clam! I appreciate you all!
Very accommodating in terms of appointment scheduling. It’s not a problem to adjust appointments when necessary. Also, every employee, as well as the franchise owner, know all their dogs by name and “personality”. Very impressed by that. It’s always comforting to hear that your dog had a great day!
