Staff friendliness and affection towards the dogs.

The staff and owners are amazing. My dogs are loved and enjoy being there.

Friendly, kind and professional staff. Cleanliness of the facility is always of high standard. You can tell the staff really loves the dogs and enjoy their jobs. Also love the creativity of the fun activities for the pups!

I love the friendly people who my dog is so comfortable with now. And I love how they do keep an eye on my dog. They are hands above where I took my last dog!!!!

Early and late drop off is a life saver since I work 12 hour shifts. I love that they can get a bathe while dropped off there. The staff is amazing! Always so friendly and they love every dog that walks through those doors!

Our dog always is excited to go- the staff is friendly and seem to genuinely like what they do.

I really like Dogtopia and I’m pretty sure my dog had a great time while staying there. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because my dog had got a bacterial infection in his intestinal. I know it could happen at and boarding facility but believe that the staff could have noticed it as it was extreme diarrhea. It took ten days of antibiotics until it was finally gone.
