The staff is wonderful. Our dogs love Dogtopia. The indoor gyms allow ample play time even when the weather outside is less than optimal. Dogtopia gets to know each dog individually which facilitates great human and dog to dog interactions.

I like the ser i es. I just recommend two thing to make it perfect. Forst a groomer and second the ability to roll over the days if the parents missed the ability to drop the dogs at daycare. For my house hold specifically, we live 20 minutes away in Aurora from the nearest dogtopia and with our crazy schedules. Sometimes its very difficult to take the dogs to daycare and go way out of our way to take them to daycare. For weeks we cant take them, its lost money for use. If we could accumulate the days somehow and use them another week it would be awesome. You have already bills us so why not credit the days they weren’t able to attend. Lastly if when dropping them off, if the front can ask again about event or treats for the day that would be awesome. I know they used to do it and now you made the cute sign up out front, but everytime I always forget to sign them up without a reminder for the front desk. It sometime heck it trying to drop the dogs and most of the time we are in a rush to get in and out so we forget about the sign up list. It’s not the front desk fault but a simple reminder woukd be nice.

All the employees are so very friendly to not just us humans but to the animals coming in. Being able to watch the WebCam and see the dogs while I was gone was perfect. It worked out really really well. I was very happy. My dogs were very happy. I know they were well cared for and I could check anytime. I could even call on the phone if I didn’t see on camera, I would ask and they would Get Summer cause she likes to hide everything is clean and taken care of so I know my dogs are taken very very good care.

Everyone is so friendly. They take good care if my dog/baby. The place is clean.

It’s the right thing to do!!! I’m glad you showed me and taught me something this morning. We as owner never see the obvious because we just want them to be happy. I love you guys so much for being the way you all are. Feel lucky we all found Dogtopia!

Dogtopioa communicates so well while my pup is with them. Updates and the report cards are great. I always find them to be friendly and so helpful. Bentley is always in great hands!

Everything

All of the little photos and doggie treats and event days really do make it feel special and like our pups matter. The staff are all super friendly and kind and really do seem to love our pups. The only thing I would request is when things like kennel cough come up that we get more information about what’s going on more frequently to ensure we don’t bring our dogs back in too early if it’s still going around, we just got an email saying it’s only been 5 days since the last case (our dogs got it too) but had I known it was still going around I would have waited to bring them back to ensure they don’t get sick again after just having it.
