Lady working at the front desk the day I drop off my dog needs to be more professional, her face expressions were very rude. Proper customer service training should be implemented.

The staff is awesome. Very friendly and show a lot of care and affection towards the dogs.

My pup is genuinely excited when we arrive to the facility. He seems to love the staff. That lets me know he is being treated well. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Everyone is very friendly and knows our dog by name, it is convenient for us and our dog loves playing with all the other dogs. She is able to get the stimulation she needs by playing with multiple dogs all day.

Everyone working there was so kind!

There are so many things to love about Dogtopia of Downtown Orlando! First I love that they love ALL the doggies. Each one always gets a happy greeting and some cuddles during the day. You can watch on video! That’s the second thing I love – I can see how Winnie is doing while she’s there. Third, I love how clean the playrooms are and how quickly potty breaks are cleaned up. Fourth, I love the little events and special days scheduled during the month like “arts and crafts”, photo shoots, pancake and spaghetti doggie ” dinners”. And last, I love the staff! Everyone is friendly and professional and always watching the doggos. Spa services are awesome too!
