The way the staff genuinely cares for the dogs
Your staff is well trained, responsive to issues and friendly. Facility is clean and organized. Love the daily activities available to mentally and physically stimulate our pets. I boarded my puppies at this facility while on vacation in Orlando and it was such a great experience that I looked up the closest Dogtopia to my residence. Unfortunately, it was no where near to the amazing experience we had at the Orlando Downtown location. There were no activities and the facility was not clean (I could see dog urine all over the play area). I love Dogtopia Downtown Orlando and will definitely recommend to others and use this facility for my puppies whenever I am in the area.
