The staff and facility are amazing!! They treat both my dogs as their own

Friendly! They always treat McLaren like he’s their favorite. Fantastic staff. So down to earth.

Lucy and Mimi are very happy that they no longer look like scruffy pups after getting their spa day. They’re also happy that they got hand fed chicken by one of their best friends, Kelly. There were no appointments available until the 22nd, but Kelly went out of her way to make sure the girls were able to come in earlier to get their hair done. The staff at the front desk is awesome too and always say hello to the girls when they come in. Dogtopia is the best! I will continue to recommend Dogtopia to all my friends.

1) The love , care, and attention the staff and trainers give my dog Phoebe.
2) The play, activities, and special treat days scheduled which helps me choose which day to book her for that week.
3) The open communication the staff has with me answering any questions and concerns I have- without making me feel like I’m being a pain. And they’re open and communicative with any concerns or issues that arises.
4) It makes me happy my dog is sooooo excited to go to school when we’re driving there and arrive. I know she loves it.
5) Its comforting to know at any point of the day (besides naptime), I can see how my dog is doing on the webcams and see how much fun she’s having and that she’s safe.
