Does My Wellness Plan Offer Any Discounts on Other Services?

What If I Miss a Week or Day?
We recommend developing a consistent schedule as dogs thrive off routine, but we understand that issues may arise that require an absence. If you need to be absent for any reason, submit an email to [email protected] and a make-up pass will be placed on your account. Make-up passes expire 7 days from the absence and must be used within that time. Unused daycare days do not rollover to the following billing cycle, nor are they refundable.

Is My Dog Required To Attend Daycare The Same Days Each Week?
No, but we do recommend a set schedule to provide consistency.

Can I Purchase More Days Without Changing My Plan?
Yes. Additional daycare days may be purchased without changing your plan and we will honor your daycare rate as outlined by your specific wellness plan.

How Does Boarding Work With Enrollment?
Dogs on the enrollment program are given priority for boarding reservations. Your weekly enrollment can be applied toward your overnight stays. If you’re not enrolled and looking to board, you will be charged the standard rate.

How Do Billing and Payments Work?
Billing is small, easy, weekly payments. You will be billed once a week. You will receive an email each week notifying you of the charge to your credit card. By providing the required credit card information, you authorize us to charge your credit card upon registration, recurring each week. You have also agreed to the terms and conditions of our policies and procedures. Tuition and fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel accounts with unpaid balances if payment is not received within 7 days of the billing date.

Can I Change or Pause My Plan?
Yes. You may change your plan at any time, no notice is required. You may pause your plan for a total of four weeks per year at no charge.

Can Both Of My Dogs Use One Plan?
We allow one dog per wellness plan. We do offer discounts for multi-dog families.

How Do I Cancel?
We require a written 14-day cancellation notice to change or cancel your plan. This may be submitted via email to [email protected]

Can My Enrollment Plan Be Used At Another Dogtopia?
Enrollment is not transferrable.

Can I pause my plan?
Yes. You have the ability to pause your plan for a total of four weeks per year at no charge. All pauses require a one-week minimum. Please email your Dogtopia location to pause your plan or let us know during your next daycare drop off.

We ask for a two-week cancellation notice to change or cancel your plan.
