I appreciate the protocol of keeping small dogs separate from the large ones. I like the bright, open areas as opposed to dark kennels.
My suggestion would be to provide more areas for the dogs to be able to lay down on a surface other than the floor (not sure if there is a lot of that)
Staff was extremely professional and friendly.
When we first started out boarding there, our dog would get a free bath after 5 days, but now it’s an up charge. For the amount of times we have boarded our dog for long periods of time, there should be some sort of perk like that. I’m disappointed it was taken away. But overall, I love Dogtopia for our dog.
The staff takes really great care of Endz! He loves his daycare and is very excited when we mention him going to daycare. He seems as if he’s eating well, sleeping well and playing well! The staff works with our family when it comes to our fur baby!
Doggie daycare is the best at Dogtopia! Everyone remembers my little dog’s name, and he enjoys going every single day! We love the people the activities and the little specials that they run weekly. Great job.
I love that they do pictures of my dog. Also the different things they plan for the dogs. My dog Zoey can’t wait to get out of the car when we pull up to daycare. I also like the cameras so I can check on her during the day
Our dog knows that the people at Dogtopia love her like their own and she loves them as well! She gets so excited to go and knows exactly where it is.
The staff is welcoming and Ava seems to love going there.
