Reliability and safety. I can tell my pet feels safe in your care. The ability to use the app to see my pup during his stays is also helpful and reassuring. Flexibility for pick up and drop off options as flights are not as certain, is extremely helpful. Appreciate the ongoing communications via emails to confirm boarding and appointments.
My dog goes to multiple day cares, but he’s the safest here. Every detail is so well thought out.
My fur baby Oreo is so loved by the staff and it shows! When we arrive he rushes to the door to go play.
The staff is very friendly, I love that there are webcams and I can check in on my puppy. I also love that they are constantly cleaning and washing the floors.
The service at Dogtopia is personalized to every breed of dog that goes there in my opinion. I walk in with Luna and everyone knows her name Luna. I trust the staff with Luna!
