Front desk personnel are always helpful and understand any special needs.
Our dog is obviously spoined when she stays at Dogtopia. She loves going to Dgtopia! She pulls on the leash to go in, and she even tries to go back inside after hugs at pick up time.

I like seeing the familiar faces out front, and getting to know the new faces of those being trained for customer interactions. I like that my pup comes home tired from however he chose to spend his time…whether it was playing, watching while roaming among all the other dogs, or getting some snuggles from humans. His personality seems to work with the set up and I know he is safe and busy. I also like how they will not give him treats since he has tummy issues – good to know they are aware of their charges and any issues.
The staff is awesome! Everyone is always so friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs. It’s just a great environment and I always feel comfortable knowing the dogs are being well taken care of.
Monitored group play, socializing, training, employees, and well staffed for the playgroups. Nap time and quiet time if needed 😊
