I like the attention the staff gives my dog Saint. Saint is shy and feels more at home with humans than dogs. Saint’s interaction with the other dogs provides him an opportunity to be playful with other dogs. My daughter has MS and the staff has been wonderful and they help her to get Saint in and out of her car when she comes. The atmosphere at Dogtopia is always welcoming and friendly.
The front staff and Managers are amazing and very welcoming to the pet parents. The coaches take care of the dogs as if they were their own.

Please send receipts for services. Ever since the new system was implemented, I haven’t received a single receipt which is not good for verifying cost of services or disputing charges. Thanks.
Most importantly the staff take good care of Daisy. Staff are welcoming and friendly.
