The wait time for drop off and pick up continues to be lengthy. I have to plan on waiting 5-10 minutes in the morning.
Booking 48 hours in advance is a challenge and makes planning for daycare more difficult.
The lack of Saturday daycare has pushed me to look for other options on the weekend.
Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming! My dog loves it too and comes home nice and tired from playing with his dog friends all day.

Staff is always very friendly! They know us so well that many times they’ve already called for my dogs before I’ve even walked through the doors! I also love the grooming services offered – so convenient! The dogs always look great afterwards! I feel like the staff truly cares about my dogs. The extra photo ops and fun themes days are always enjoyable! Thank you to all the staff who take such great care of our Persephone & Loki!

I like the attention the staff gives my dog Saint. Saint is shy and feels more at home with humans than dogs. Saint’s interaction with the other dogs provides him an opportunity to be playful with other dogs. My daughter has MS and the staff has been wonderful and they help her to get Saint in and out of her car when she comes. The atmosphere at Dogtopia is always welcoming and friendly.
