The people are friendly enough ,they are not very informative. When reviewing boarding, the pricing is not clear on the website. I was told food was included in an overnight stay… it is not. I booked daycare and was approved online, I was told when I bought my dog in 7AM she couldn’t stay because she wasn’t spayed… I had a job interview at 9.AM. Also you cannot go see where your dog sleeps.
The video camaras in the are nice, but they are off a lot .
Friendly staff
The coaches are friendly and accommodating. They work hard to make the dogs happy and healthy. My dog is much better socially and gets great exercise because of Dogtopia
I’m happy that my puppy is being taken care of he can’t wait to jump out of the car and get inside

I have a hybrid work schedule, I can’t always anticipate when I need to use your services. Understand you might have a difficult job scheduling your employees but more flexibility would be appreciated for requesting appointments for wellness plan participants. Otherwise why sign up for a wellness plan and commit to spending $300 plus a month at your business? If I could just do a pay for and get in just as easily and not have to commit to a certain number of visits per week.
