So far, I’ve appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the ability to check in on my dog via webcam, the ease of scheduling appointments and how happy my dog has been since her first daycare experience.

I would like to note that when I picked my pup after her Meet and Greet, two of her paws were raw. I believe this is due to her not being used to the flooring, but I think it would be a good idea to give your customers a heads up that this is possible.

I like that I can check on him through out the day on the web cam.

My dog is always excited to go as well as friendle personnel and attentiveness of coaches and cleanliness

My dog is very happy to go to Dogtopia. She’s always looking forward to the trip when we take her. I like seeing her on the camera and how they have separate suites for dogs who need privacy.

My dog is cared for and in a safe environment. Staff is friendly and compassionate.

Everyone there is very friendly and give good care to the dogs
