Friendly faces as u enter the building

Our dog comes back home very Happy and Always is mega excited to go to Dogtopia again! It’s clean, very friendly staff and very helpful! I always recommend it to other dog owners!!!

The staff was friendly however I was not informed about the App for the web cam to observe my pet. Also I paid for the suite accommodation for Winnie, but when I called to enquire about her I was told that due to the number of pets housed she didn’t have a suite and I would be refunded. I was extremely annoyed and disappointed at which time I was told to hold on. Summer returned to the phone and then apologized for the misinformation but she said Winnie did sleep in a suite. Now at this time, I’m not sure where Winnie slept and I was not given any video proof or proof of any kind as to her sleeping arrangements. Summer then offered me a 50%discount. Those were my concerns about Winnie’s boarding experience.

Love the hours and the ease of drop off and pick up. The staff and crew are all so friendly and professional. We sincerely appreciate the great services and the wonderful treatment of our pet.

Since the first day I brought my dog to Dogtopia, I have been really happy with the customer service I get there. The professionalism hasn’t changed from the beginning, and everyone is exceptionally welcoming.
