I didn’t receive a Doggy report card or a tour. Other Dogtopia locations provide this. I like having the detailed report on how my dog did on his first time there. Even if you email the information. More feedback would be helpful. Nothing was communicated to me in writing.

Far better than any other doggie daycare out there. My pup has trust issues with people due to his past and everyone was extremely patient and kind to my Astro. They made him feel very comfortable and loved and that meant the world to me. Big shoutout to Summer, the GM there who really took extra steps to ensure Astro was loved and cared for. We became a wellness members immediately. Love this place. Also very clean and professional establishment with wonderful staff all around. Thank you

All staff members are so personable to me and my dog. He looks forward to going each day. He has boarded at Dogtopia – Katy several times and always comes home happy! They care for him and he cares for them.

My puppy loves being there and it wears her out so she’s ready to relax when she’s at home. They take great care of her there and she loves all the coaches. The webcams are nice so I can check how she’s doing throughout the day.

Great customer service. So nice to be able to get her socialized and not stuck in a kennel when I’m gone long periods. Will absolutely be back!
