The staff is always warm and friendly. Also, they do a good job with all the dogs, keeping them from getting into fights, etc. My puppy is always thrilled to go there, so I know he is being cared for well.
I love how everyone is welcoming of my dog when I drop her off in the mornings. I like how I can see on the cameras what my dog is up to during the day, and I like that she can get a bath additional charge before I even pick her up! She loves her days at Dogtopia!

Even with our meetings, feels like everyone is not on the same page. I don’t know if better communication is needed or if it’s just people wanting to do their own thing but it seems like we are told to do something one way and then people choose to do things however they think it should be done- which causes confusion especially for new hires
