From my initial inquiry to the end of our first visit, the experience with Dogtopia of Lexington was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional during the Meet and Greet. We loved being able to check in on our dog throughout the day via the webcam—it provided such great peace of mind! When we picked him up, we were impressed by the informative welcome pack and the detailed Report Card. He had a wonderful first day of daycare, and we highly recommend them!
The staff and how caring they are
We love the daycare. We’ve been going there for over 2 years. I have an Aussie that gets bored quickly. I work part-time & when I work days Landry gets to go to doggie daycare. He lights up when I say those words. The staff is friendly & caring. I highly recommend Dogtopia.
In short, we like everything about your services. Our very spoiled canine family member has enjoyed each of his daycare stays. He knows where he is when he is a couple of blocks away and can’t get in the front door fast enough to join his friends.
We look forward to an exteded boarding this summer.

Love that you take great care of our pups, have great customer service, a rewards program, app with doggy cam, and send our pup home with a ‘report card’ after the first day.
