Entry area smells badly
Easy to schedule. This was only my second time bringing my second dog Ginger to be groomed and Emily did an AMAZING job. I did not know she could look this good!
Also your staff is friendly and helpful, and it was so convenient for me to bring them in on a Sunday morning.
The staff truly care for my dog, and she loves going to daycare every day at Dogtopia South Lexington.
Billie had a wonderful time and front desk was very kind , pstient and accomofative to us.
The kind and helpful staff and that they stay on top of the dogs so owners can feel about leaving them there. My dogs safety is the number one priority there.
Staff is pleasant and helpf. Easy ck in and flexible drop off and pick up hours.
The people who work there are amazing. I felt that our dog was safe and well taken care of. Plus, he told me that he had a great time!

I really like how friendly and kind the staff are. They are so sweet to greet us with a cheerful ‘Hello’. Our dog enjoys his daycare time and always seems happy to be there. We appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. I also really like being able to schedule him for spa services when he is there for daycare.

Except pee n and poop every where and it’s swap up speared everywhere.
My dog will sometimes smell like dog pee..
Thats my only thing I don’t like…
