Very friendly and my dog loves it! And he has not gotten sick which gives me a lot of comfortability in having my dog boarded and daycare here.

I am not sure this is for everyone or their pup. The spray or wipe the staff uses is not a favorite at all. I do not recommending any person or place because the only way i will succeed is if the price they are being charged , as well as their satisfaction (animal and owner) are happy. I can’t be the fall guy regardless.
Having said this, listen and apply clients happinees and know how to work towards satisfying everone as possible as it is accepted.

The communication is awesome, and I know that while Bear is with you all, he’s in very good hand’s.

I have been having some problems with the app of late and hope that it gets resolved.

Overall my experience has been positive. I feel my dog is well cared for & safe at Dogtopia. The location & hours work well for me. I like that the dogs enjoy a change of scenery with the outdoor play area & the long nap time. The boarding & grooming services are a plus. Watching the videos I see how hard the attendants work at keeping things clean- Thank you! I do wish I would see more interaction, playtime, between the attendant & the dogs. I’ve noticed they are very affectionate with some but not all. I understand I may not see everything that goes on. Hopefully that will change with my dog the more they get to know him. I hope Dogtopia continues to be the best option for my dog while I am at work. Thank you!

Flexibility, loving staff members, attention to cleanliness. Most of all, the fact that our dog loves going to Dogtopia.

We did a meet and greet and was very impressed. Friendly staff ..We plan to board our little yorkie in the future..
