The drop in service is invaluable. I also appreciate the kindness of the staff and how it seems like they really get my puppy and his personality.
I love that I can watch my dog during the day to check up on him via the live feed cameras. The staff are always very nice, they know my dog by name and make a point to make him feel comfortable, because they understand he can get anxious and need a little bit of encouragement.
Staff is on top of things, dogs are happy and it is always great that I can get those nails done when Haley comes in.
