We love being able to check in on our girls when we’re gone!
I think the greatest strength is the ease of the app for scheduling and the staff. I trust the staff with my dog. I think the greatest weakness is the physical building. The rooms are small and the outside area is honestly just kind of sad. I wish that the facility was bigger because I think it would allow for more interaction and exercise. Usually when I pick up my dog they are not that tired and so I end up walking them for an hour. I wish they got more exercise during their time with you guys.
