One of your associates at the front desk could use some lessons in courtesy and customer service. Heavy set female employee is always on her phone. Doesn’t greet or speak to you when you come in to droop off or pick up. The other employees are always friendly and greet out dog by name!
Everyone is super nice and helpful in answering questions, etc. They know my dog and treat her very well. I am confident she’s in good hands while she’s in their care
