Very prompt responses to any questions. I really enjoy the enrichment activities and fun days for my dog and my dog is happy to see the employees when I drop him off which to me, is a good sign.
I found it easy to get the details I wanted over the phone on the initial phone call, drop off was smooth and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. And they were very sweet with my nervous pup! I was very happy with the service and I will be coming back.
The people that work there are so nice and I can tell they really love the dogs. I feel very comfortable having my dog there for daycare. I enjoy watching him on the web cam playing with the other dogs. I have had nothing but great experiences there.

We love Dogtopia! It’s one of the few places our dog happily gets out of the car to go to! The staff are friendly and helpful, seem genuinely happy to see our dog, and remember our dog’s name when we walk in!
One of the main things I love is that it’s the standard for daycare to come with boarding and isn’t an “additional service.” To allow dogs to socialize when they have to be boarded shouldn’t be something you have to pay extra for like other competitors here in our town. I also loved that you require a meet and greet before allowing boarding, and access to a webcam. My doggo was a very happy pup when I picked him up! It was like picking a kid up from summer camp. I can’t say the same about another place we have taken him to, in which I could genuinely tell that he had a terrible time while being boarded. The atmosphere and people made me feel so comfortable leaving him at Dogtopia – Lexington.
