Friendly capable people working there seem to really love the dogs!
Like REI or Trader Joes… the employees are always friendly and your dog is always happy going in and really not wanting to leave at pick-up.
I like the friendly atmosphere. Information was shared concerning my dog’s care. I appreciated how my dog was treated.
I love that my boys get to interact with other dogs and humans while we are away. I know they are safe and happy!

Everything my dog needs is there. Boarding, play, grooming.
Clean, consistent staff
Person (male) doing “interview ” didn’t introduce himself. Wasn’t friendly to me or my dog. The girl who greeted us was very nice. Because of the comparison to the Camp Bow Wow interview process which was both free and much more friendly and knowledgeable about dog behavior, I actually called about an hour lated and said I could come get my dog since the “evaluator ” seemed to feel she wouldn’t be accepted (that’s the attitude he presented). The girl who I talked to before reassured me and I waited until later to pick her up. If I have the time I would take her to Camp Bow Wow even though it’s way across town (about 20-30 minutes) and Dogtopia is only 5 minutes away. Hopefully I’ll change my mind with any subsequent visits but it’s a shame initial impression was less than positive. It’s only because of proximity that I would recommend Dogtopia and the very pleasant and helpful girl there. It could be the fellow who evaluated my dog didn’t like her breed, pit bull, boxer american staffodshire terrier mix. I was hoping to take her 3-4 times per week. I now plan on 1 per week or less at one of the daycare centers, depending on how much time I have to get her there. Her canine brother just died and I wanted her to have continued interaction and plat time with other dogs. I’m hoping he just was having an off day. If I have any other interaction with him like that I won’t be back.
The staff are friendly and everything has been easy to schedule so far.
