They explained everything well. Very nice people. I’m glad mocha can have a place to go when I’m busy !!
1. Ease of making appointments…..very accommodating to our family in every way in coordinating scheduling of multiple pups for grooming.
2. Open communication directed to us with regard to overall health and any skin issues that we may not have seen prior to appointment.

5. Worry free services without fear of sub-par outcomes. Our babies seem happy when they are picked up, never appearing afraid.
6. Best grooming our babies have ever had in the surrounding Lexington area, hands down! Our little ones always look beautiful on completion!
7. Easily accessible with adequate help within company to ensure safety of pups in transfer to and from auto.

You don’t have a big employment turn over rate. It’s good to see the same people continuing to say hello.
