I do like how the people in your facility know my dog and you by name. They are personable and very polite. They are always answering my questions and are open to doing whatever i need them to do for our dog. Bath, Food, Extra rest time etc. Keri holds a tight ship and is knowledgeable about what is needed for each dog.

Friendly, secure facility, cares about the dogs and very well staffed! After the meet and greet I already told all my work friends about it and at least one is definitely bring their buddy the Dogtopia!

It feels like my pup is truly loved whenever I bring him in. Staff are always so friendly and there isn’t the chaotic vibe some of the other daycares give off.

Very well organized and the staff have been so helpful. We are new to Dogtopia but all our questions have been addressed and we are eager to have our pup join the group.

The facilities are clean, staff are super friendly and answer all your questions. I love how they play soft music and shut down the lights for nap time, love how they clean and sanitize the water bowls everyday and it was also mentioned that if your pet get soiled they give then a wash too!

Convenient, good care

The staff at Dogtopia Franklin Village are amazingly kind, caring, and compassionate. We have three dogs with very different needs and personalities, and they have been able to make each one feel at home. Staff have identified when one of our dogs needs an extra bit of TLC, has proactively offered to trim their nails when I’ve run out of time, and they are always willing to update me directly if anything feels off. I love that everyone there knows my dogs.

Great people ! Very caring! My dog has a wonderful day every time she plays
